2. High Speed Slitter line

This equipment is a special shearing equipment for processing steel coils into narrow strips required by customers by uncoiling, slitting and coiling. It is mainly composed of uncoiler, pinching and straightener, slitter, tension machine, coiler, etc., and is supplemented by feeding, side guiding, transition and conveying sections.

3. High speed Cut to length M/C

DESCRIPTION

The unit under this technical proposal can realize two functions. One is to uncoiling the coil first, after leveling and longitudinally slitting then rolled into a narrow strip. The second is to fine leveling the coil and then fixed length cutting, stacking.

This unit is one of the three main products of our company, which is independently designed and developed by our company on the basis of synthesizing many advanced mechanisms and techniques of the same type of machines at home and abroad. The unit is controlled by PLC.
